Ohana Hotel Kuta

I've been a regular at the Ohana for at least ten years, so the staff know me, and that's always nice. They're all very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, bed comfortable, and hot water always there. Aircon is super efficient, wifi fast and reliable, and the location is great, just a 5 minute walk from Bemo Corner.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, truly 5-star service! From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and helpful. They even helped carry our bags all the way to the room. The security team was also polite and attentive, making us feel really safe throughout the stay. Every request we made was fulfilled without hesitation even small things like asking for an iron, they handled it promptly. I also really appreciated the respectful attitude from the team. When they delivered food to our room, female staff politely asked for permission before entering. Such a small gesture, but it shows how professional and well trained they are. On the third day, we requested room service because the room was a bit messy. When we came back after going out, everything was cleaned perfectly but none of our personal items were touched. That level of respect and professionalism really stood out to me. Location for the hotel is super strategic just a short walk to the mart and bike rental shops. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We ended up ordering room service almost every night yaaaaaa🤣Overall, everything was smooth, satisfying, and worth every cent. Definitely planning to come back here again soon. The Ohana is like an old friend! I've been staying there for ten years, every couple of months for four or five nights. I like the staff, and many know me by name, so for me it's very friendly place. The location is superb, just a five minute walk from Bemo Corner, with some good warungs nearby, including a Masakan Padang!! It's probably 10 - 15 minutes to the beach. The room is always spotless, bed and pillows comfortable, aircon efficient, and the wifi fast and reliable. Why would I look elsewhere??

I've been a regular at the Ohana for 10+ years, and enjoy quite a few things about it. The staff are all very nice, and ready for a chat. The location is superb, just a five minute walk from Bemo Corner, 2X Masakan Padang warungs in the street, Warung Norman a 3 minute walk, and Indian restaurant 2 minutes, and a range of others all very close. The room was spotless, as always, the bed comfortable, aircon effective, wifi fast and reliable, an in room safe, and the/coffee making facilities in the room.

Stayed at Ohana for 5 nights, staff were so helpful and kind! I was staying by myself I felt safe and enjoyed my stay! I had bought the wrong connection bit for my charger i asked reception where I could buy one and he let me use theirs for my stay. So kind! ✨️ Price was well priced, buffet breakfast was great! I enjoyed the noodles they were my favourite. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the pool lighting.
